Horizon amended the master plan & merged two adjacent blocks into one block within a short duration. This included retrofitting the existing mezzanine space to create additional mezzanine areas to meet the operational requirements of the client. The sprawling facility extends up to an overall area of 4.6 lakh sq. ft. and a portion of it measuring approx. 1.5 lakh sq. ft. was handed over to LF Logistics to enable them to start operations as per their immediate requirement.

The new warehousing facility for LF Logistics is located in Farukhnagar in the National Capital Region (NCR) on State Highway 15A, in close proximity to several large consumption centres and leading e-commerce and retail companies. This makes it a strategic location that offers easy access to major transportation routes, allowing LF Logistics to efficiently distribute its products to clients across northern India.
The warehousing facility created by Horizon features a customised layout designed to meet the specific requirements put across by LF Logistics. This includes large mezzanines for housing their office infrastructure & workers amenities. Additional toilet blocks were developed as per their operational requirements. The entire general lighting arrangement was developed as per the pallet racks & multi-tier shelving system to provide uniform illumination of minimum 150 Lux.
The client started operations in a portion of warehouse space that was made available in a short time span and later expanded to full capacity in a few months to meet their storage requirements. This ensured business expansion and growth for both LF Logistics and its clients, at their preferred pace.
LF Logistics specialises in logistical solutions in sectors like footwear and apparel, FMCG, consumer electronics, and healthcare. LF Logistics required this multi-client facility to cater to the growing business of several of its clients. Horizon succeeded in meeting this specialised requirement and provided a customised solution that allows LF Logistics to improve the service efficiency for their multiple clients.
A dedicated project management team and end-to-end support during the construction process, ensured that the project proceeded as per the timelines planned. Regular communication and coordination ensured a smooth transition into their new facility.
Horizon Industrial Parks successfully handed over a block to LF Logistics in a short time span, so that their operations could commence immediately. The extended block too was handed over to the customer as per timelines. We also initiated the process of installing rooftop solar panels at the facility to promote sustainability and harness renewable energy resources on site.
The addition of this new facility in Horizon Industrial Parks is significant for LF Logistics, which will now have 223 distribution centres in Asia, thus cementing its pan-Indian presence in the logistics segment.
